Let’s chat

We start by understanding your business and what you need. It could be an in-person meeting, online, over the phone or via email – whatever works best for you.

Getting set up

If you already have an accountant, we’ll handle professional clearance and collect any documents we need. Once that’s done, we’ll get you set up in our systems for payroll, VAT, accounts, and personal tax.

Meet your team

Our directors like getting stuck into the numbers, so you’ll have one working on your accounts – with support from the wider accounting and payroll teams as needed.

Business as usual

As soon as any work is required, be it payroll, a VAT return, accounts or a personal tax return, we’ll be in touch to get things moving.

Frequently asked questions

Which director will work on my account?

For personal tax clients, sole traders and partnerships, Michaela McGill will be the director working on your account. For limited companies, you will be allocated either Dan or Dave Syers. Each director will be supported by our wider teams, depending on the services you have instructed us with. You can put faces to names on our meet the team page.

Will you need to get in touch with my previous accountant?

If applicable, we will contact your previous accountant to get professional clearance, issue our engagement letter and request identity documents as required by our regulatory body.

How much do accountants charge?

We pride ourselves on offering high quality services for a fair and reasonable price. Each client is different, so after our initial chat, we will send you a quote. For an idea of cost per service, take a look at our Pricing page. Please note that these are guide prices, not a formal quote.
